		<description>Hi Billy, thanks for your review of our Ptarmigan whiskies. Thought you might appreciate a bit more information about them. The 15 yr old was indeed bottled by the Edrington Group, and is a blend of Highland and Orkney malts. As you did, most folk find it&#039;s honeyed sweetness very pleasant. Available now only in 5cl bottles.  
The 16 yr old has been bottled for us by Gordon &amp; MacPhail under license from the Edrington Group. It is a single cask bottling from a Speyside distillery, and is certainly more complex than its pale colour suggests. Available in 5cl and 70cl bottles.</description>
